The Brief

A full brand launch for a Malta recruitment agency — from a placeholder logo to a complete brand identity and professional website built to convert two audiences at once.

Twiys Limited came to Novum at the very start of their journey, with no brand identity and no digital presence. The brief was to build everything from scratch: a distinct visual identity that would feel credible in the recruitment space, and a professional website that speaks equally to businesses looking to hire and candidates looking for work across Malta's key industries.

We took ownership of the full process — brand strategy, logo design, brand guidelines, and website — delivering a cohesive identity the client could own and grow with from day one.

What We Did

Brand Identity & Guidelines — We designed a complete brand identity for Twiys from the ground up: logo, colour palette, typography, and a full brand guidelines document. The client went from having no visual identity to a polished, consistent brand they could apply across every touchpoint.

Website Design & Development — We designed and built a complete single-page marketing site serving two distinct audiences: job candidates looking for work and businesses looking to hire. The site covers Twiys's full offering across six sectors — hospitality, construction, logistics, healthcare, retail and manufacturing — in a dark, corporate layout built around the new brand.

Lead Capture & Launch — Two dedicated contact forms were built into the site: Apply Now for candidates, and Hire Staff for employers, each collecting the right information and routing directly to the client. The site was launched on a custom domain with professional branded email, security, and everything in place for day one.
